Double Fail!

I suck.

Gained 3.8....yup every single fucking pound I lost the week that I ate nothing but garbage. Last week I worked out every day and stayed within my weekly points.

I suck.

It's day two into my new week and I'm already -4.5 flex points.

I suck.

I think it's time to go into seclusion and beat myself up.

Just look at how far you've come. It's hard to go back to staying within points (argh!) but you'll get there!

Nah, just eat a little less tomorrow. Try some apples with peanut butter, almonds, avocado, oatmeal or eggs. Those are "power foods"(per yahoo) Anyways, dont get so down on yourself that you throw away all your hard work! Youll be fine!
