Stepped on the scale today and I'm up 1.4 lbs. And I'm okay with that! This may sound twisted but last week's loss was totally undeserved and I was disappointed that I couldn't see the damage I was doing to myself. If I don't see a gain what's going to stop me from completely destroying all the progress I made? My gain this week is totally deserved, and it's given me motivation to get off my sorry ass and get moving again, and to track track track track TRACK! I haven't tracked anything in the past three weeks! Last week I thought I would be able to pick myself up out of that binge mode and take care of business but I guess I just wasn't ready to yet. Now I am. I'm actually kind of excited by this gain and knowing that next week, when I see a loss, I'm going to have earned every ounce lost, even if it's only one. I know I sound a bit tarded but I don't give a shit, I feel better.
With that I'm off to eat my delicious cottage cheese, peaches, and whole wheat english muffin.
Hope all you bloggers out there have a kick ass day, or Wolfie will get you! Dun dun duuuuuuunnn....

lol sorry about the gain but i know what you mean about undeserved losses. they freak me out. like lizards.
He's adorable!
I think the scale lags like two weeks, it's the weirdest thing.
Great job on moving forward :)
I know exactly what you mean about losing when you don't deserve it. I had a week like that. I am glad you've taken the gain as a positive and are using it as a motivator! I did and lost twice as much the next week :D it feels so great when you feel you deserved the loss!
Enjoy your muffin!
Mmmmmm cottage cheese and peaches. I love it. Good attitude towards the little gain, I love that you are moving forward. You are awesome!
This is my first time at your blog and I absolutely love it and will be back...that being said...you are BEAUTIFUL!! 57 pounds is fantabulous and you should be proud of yourself! Also, go ahead and do sweatin to the oldies. Im 27 and I love that video, its fun, it gets you going and you laugh a lot at all the stuff he says! Take it easy on yourself, youve come so far! :)
Hey there :)
Re: being tired... maybe it IS winter blues. I've had to get a full spectrum light and sit in front of it in the mornings during Dec/Jan/Feb to be able to function. I've been getting out in the sun for 5 or 10 min every day and that seems to help, too. I'm sorry you're dragging... other people also recommended B vitamins and vitamin D3 as well, and I do find they help some!
I stumbled upon your blog! and was struck by the title.. I asked myself.. who would title their blog like that.. who would feel that way.. I could relate to it big time but had not seen it so starkly... so I came for a visit and not only did I find someone who writes well.. and expresses herself honestly... but I found a beautiful young mom.. where you see yourself as ugly baffles me.. You should see yourself as vivacious and young and accomplished .. look at your wonderful weight loss so far.. I wish I could say that I have lost 55 pounds... You look great.. and I wish you the very best on this journey to better health and a longer life...
