Comparison...

Okay this is something new to me...I don't post full pics of myself, I don't even take full pics of myself....EVER!

This pic was taken a few years ago, probably four, my guess is it's at my highest weight, like I said I never stepped on the scale until I started WW.

I still curse Ian's grandma for snagging that disgusting pic. The worst part of it was I thought I looked kinda cute, ya know?
Here are a couple pics I took today. I really don't like that none of my shirts show I have a waist. However my ass and hips are wide enough that I guess it's ok.

Major kudos for posting the picture since you hate it so much. I felt it was really cathartic to post my before pictures!

You've come along way. And you look awesome. *hugs* I am so jealous of where you are now :D

I'm sure you see a lot of difference in how your clothes fit (or don't!)

Unfourtunatly most of my older clothes remind me of "my long hard road out of hell"

Wearing clothes that don't fit is just the foolsfitness way!-Alan

Hey! I'm replying to a question you left on my blog. The only equipment you need to have for the DVD is a mat of some kind (I like yoga mats) and a set of dumbbells. I had a pair of 5-pounders that I picked up for cheap at Walmart, but I also use water bottles as well. Let me know how it works out for you!
